The contact form collects the information you enter (name, email, company, message content): it is transmitted via the Formspree service (formspree.io) and sent to the siffach@siyact.com mailbox. It is kept in the Formspree archive for a maximum of 30 days. When you write to us or call us, we process the information you share with us in order to respond and follow up on the business relationship.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on pre-contractual measures and on SIYA Act's legitimate interest in responding to requests. Data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and follow up on the business relationship.

Data is intended for the SIYA Act team. It transits through Formspree's servers, located in the United States; Formspree's privacy policy is available at https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. The site is hosted by Surge (Chloi Inc.) in Canada.
